Mich

Yoga begleitet mich jetzt schon seit ca. 30 Jahren. Seither praktiziere ich Yoga. 2011 habe ich mich dazu entschlossen, selbst ein Studio zu eröffnen. Ich wollte Yoga allen Menschen zugänglich machen, egal ob alt oder jung, sportlich oder nicht sportlich.

Spezialisiert habe ich mich im therapeutischen Yoga, Hormonyoga auf den Einzelunterricht.

Zusätzlich besitze ich ein Yoga-Ausbildungszentrum, in dem ich Yogalehrer Aus- und Weiterbildungen anbiete.

Ich bin eine 500h zertifizierte Yogalehrerin und habe viele Weiterbildungen im Bereich Yoga Therapie, Hormonyoga, Schwangeren Yoga, Mama&Baby Yoga, Aerialyoga uvm.

Ich erarbeite mit dir gemeinsam eine Home-Praxis, die du ganz einfach zuhause umsetzen kannst. Damit du dich zuhause daran erinnerst, erhälst du alles natürlich schriftlich von mir.

Wie oft sollst du zu mir kommen?

Wieviele Privatstunden du haben möchtest, entscheidest du. Auch nach einer Stunde kann ich dir schon viel mitgeben. Wenn du aber regelmässige Stunden mit mir möchtest, können wir dies auch gerne machen. Wöchentlich, alle 2 Wochen oder Monatlich – das kannst du dir aussuchen.

Wo findet die Stunde statt

Ich habe im 6. Bezirk in der Gumpendorferstrasse 132/8 wunderschöne Yogaräume. Wenn du möchtest, komme ich aber auch zu dir nach Hause.
