Diese werden durch eine regelmäßige Yogapraxis trainiert. Bei zu wenig Bewegung erschlafft die Muskulatur, verkürzt und verspannt sich. In Folge kommt es zu eingeschränkten Bewegungsabläufen, Schmerzen in den Gelenken und Verspannungen.

Stärkung der Muskeln und Dehnung

In unserer Yoga Praxis werden spezielle Yogaübungen für die Stärkung der Muskeln geübt und dazugehörige Dehnübungen ausgeführt. Starke Muskeln unterstützen die Gelenke und mindern die Schmerzen. Natürlich gehe ich gezielt auf individuelle Fragen und Probleme eingehen. Wir erarbeiten gemeinsam eine Praxis.

Yoga hilft

Regelmässige Rückenyoga Praxis reduziert und beseitigt nachweislich Rücken- und Nackenschmerzen. Unzählige Studien beweisen dies – u.a. hat das amerikanische „National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health“ in Maryland (USA) dies 2011 mit einer Studie belegt.

Regelmäßige Praxis

Mit zunehmendem Alter steigt die Verletzungsgefahr. Yoga hilft den Körper beweglich und fit zu halten. Bewegungsmangel und Fehlbelastungen wird durch eine regelmäßige Praxis entgegen gesteuert- Kräftigung, Ausdauer, Balance und Dehnung sind auch hier Thema!

Beschwerden

Bei welchen Beschwerden hilft Yoga:

  1. Schmerzen aufgrund von Fehlhaltungen – z.B. von Füssen, Knien, Hüfte…
  2. Rückenschmerzen
  3. Nackenschmerzen
  4. Probleme mit den Bandscheiben
  5. Knieprobleme
  6. Hüfterkrankungen
  7. Einseitige Belastung im Alltag: z.B. überwiegend am Schreibtisch sitzen

Ich erarbeite mit dir gemeinsam eine Home-Praxis, die du ganz einfach zuhause umsetzen kannst. Damit du dich zuhause daran erinnerst, erhälst du alles natürlich schriftlich von mir.

Wie oft sollst du zu mir kommen?

Wieviele Privatstunden du haben möchtest, entscheidest du. Auch nach einer Stunde kann ich dir schon viel mitgeben. Wenn du aber regelmässige Stunden mit mir möchtest, können wir dies auch gerne machen. Wöchentlich, alle 2 Wochen oder Monatlich – das kannst du dir aussuchen.

Wo findet die Stunde statt

Ich habe im 6. Bezirk in der Gumpendorferstrasse 132/8 wunderschöne Yogaräume. Wenn du möchtest, komme ich aber auch zu dir nach Hause.
